We've actually gone and signed a player we desperately needed a dynamic midflielder with a good engine and can pass. He can play a defensive role, has presence and can break up the opposition. There is no point in being down about every signing really. From what I've heard this is a good player and our lot need to be congratulated for that. Players nobody has heard of regualarly join PL clubs and a season later are seen as clever business, that shouldn't really be a point of criticism. We've signed some shit of late, but IMO this lad isn't one of them. I'm keeping my powder dry till the window closes and if we've been negligent I'll say so. This is one of the 3 players we really needed. IF we get a creative mf/forward and a decent striker, then for me all the minimum boxes will have been ticked.
