No doubt he probably voided his contract on several parts. I'd just add, charge him for the admin cost of providing additional copies (seeing as it's already been provided in the past). Even if there's some sort of legal requirement, how is this former tenant going to force them to provide it? I honestly think it's asking for trouble, better just to tell them to move on imo. wykikitoon 21513 Posted August 18, 2010 Author Share Posted August 18, 2010 Shes sent him a letter saying that she doesnt have a DPS Cert as the tenancy was room to let so this isnt a legal requirement and that there is no legal requirement to send him the contract therefore she sees the matter as closed.
