Given the shite he spouted about big clubs before he left I'm not surprised he's moving on so quickly. Wigan FFS.

Much bigger club than us though, weren't they?

indeed. The bigger acting club got the best deal ie him for Taylor.

No point in some of you lot harping on and criticising him for wanting to leave Newcastle. Newcastle United was the reason he wanted to leave.

He wanted to leave because he is a little twat and thinks he is a better version of Ronaldo.

typical Newcastle Online style bollocks.

The point is - if HE doesn't have confidence in his ability, who does ?

The other point is - players don't leave progressive clubs, nobody wanted to leave for reasons of ambition under the Halls and Shepherd. Like it or not, this is true. The only major player who left because he wanted to go was Hamman because he had a bust up with Gullit, but so did Shearer and Lee [and maybe more for all we know] and they would also both have gone if Gullit hadn't gone first. Even Cole didn't want to go to ManU.

I understand you won't get his, as usual.

He was kicking off under Shepherd you fucking moron :icon_lol:

You know, when a manager they had appointed signed Duff to play ahead of him.

Siding with N'Zogbia who was a petulent little fuckwit in his last month is crazy even by your standards.

I side with him because he is a talented footballer, and recognise he is just one of those players who needs good managerial handling. I'm the first to also recognise motivation comes from within, but people are different. You have to decide if someone is worth the extra effort, and I think that he is.

Duff, the player who had been at Blackburn and when he signed for Chelsea, could equallly have been viewed as a long term replacement for Solano, which is something I said at the time. On Newcastle Online too probably, but as usual you and the other know-nowt fuckers over there didn't get and you still don't get very much now either.

He turned down Liverpool for us. Imagine that eh ? When did that last happen ? Work out for yourself why ..... :D

Bollocks he's distinctly average with a massive ego. Given and Bellamy I'd have back here like a shot. Insomnia? No fucking way.

Is this word association or something? Someone names a player and you work out how best to attach your "Freddy and Leazes knew best" argument to it. Read what he wrote and respond to his argument in context. What you've just written has fuck all to do with the point that was being made.

If we brought Bellamy and N'Zogbia back to Newcastle we would not be talking about a relegation fight coming up.

If only we were spending 5m on a player like Duff, or the money needed to bring those 2 back again. Wouldn't it be a big step forwards again ? You know, like Wigan and Fulham did when they bought N'Zogbia and Duff from a big club like Newcastle.

I look forward to seeing you post in the "general election 2010" thread about people hijacking threads by bringing up the Halls and Shepherd when they have nothing to do with the thread.

They DO have a point in this one though. :nah: Fact is, you won't admit it, but you know it.

BTW Gemmill, you backed the financial backing of Souness completely, didn't you ?

Nah, the constant childish bitterness hurled at N'Zogbia for making what was for him, a better career move, is pathetic. Because you know this is true and can't accept it. Wigan bigger than Newcastle ? Fuck me blue, this is what it has came down to.
