Andrew 4857
wiki says £5.9m .com say £8m I stand corrected on the price. Still not superb from the club that are about to buy Milner for £24m. who we sold for 12 two seasons ago
Happy Face 29
My problem wasn't that he left, or even the manner in which he did go, but it was the timing. For all he has missed out on some serious honours for a player of his ability by playing for us, we still gave him the chances, supported him and loved him up here, I would have hoped he'd stay until the end of the season. I truly believe he would have saved us from the drop if he had stayed. Why didn't we say to him, "look Shay, stay until the end of the season and we will not stand in your way, we'll give you a heroes exit if needs be. But stay for half a season and save the club from the drop before you move on." That's the crux innit? No-one at the club made any such an attempt. They saw £6m on a plate and said "thankyou very much". The idea that Given is spitting his dummy out when he complains about being on the bench suggests Babayaro is a model pro for keeping his thoughts to himself while benched. As if Given should take a leaf from that book. Twaddle. Babayaro was a lazy money grabbing twat, Given wants to play week in, week out. He's worked hard to have Mancini make him captain and claim he's one of the top 5 keepers in the world. Why should the fifth best keeper in the world gladly sit on the bench? Shearer gets welcomed back here as a hero, but if he ever went close to the bench while fit the manager was sacked.
Gejon 2
I was reading on Newcastle-Online the other more than half the people there thought he was a judas for leaving us. Fucking idiots. "Judas" he stayed 11 years and won fuck all. He would've stayed here forever if we even had hope, but he knew there was none, we got good money for him, he must feel like he wasted his career with us seeing as though he is the best goalkeeper in the league by a distance. Cunts-Online more like. We asked you to gives us a percentage that is more than half, you said 31%, our survey says... You absolute mong

Phil 6
No hard feelings towards the guy for wanting out, but issuing the statement through his lawyers was pathetic. Also, I vaguely recall him mumbling about wanting out when Fat Sam aired towards Harper.

He threw his toys out of the pram a number of times, no shock that they were coming out so early this season either.
ohhh_yeah 2991
"I think he'll make a brilliant manager one day fwiw" He is getting his first taste of the managerial limelight. T-minus how long until we see him doing a Klopp impersonation?
