peasepud 59
Their customer service is shite it has to be said. I am unable to purchase anything at the moment, the first time I hit the problem was the Hanahana deal. Basically, it lets me go through to the payment stage, put my card details in but then gives an error (and I quote) "there has been a technical error, please contact your System Administrator". Its not my card as Ive tried 3 different ones, its not the PC as Ive used both 3 different ones including the works PC, strange thing is Ellies account has the same problem. At the same time people using my referral are hitting the same problem and the only way round it is to go to groupon directly and then sign up which measn I dont get my referral. This has now been the case for two weeks. I sent my first email a week past Sunday, nothing to date, second mail on the Tuesday, no reply and another last Monday. Still nowt. I called them last Friday to be told that the helpline "werent technical and to send an email in". Whats the fucking use in that?

Happy Face 29
To tell you the truth, I've hardly been impressed with any of the places where I've taken up deals. Only Linden Hall for the golf was excellent value for money. I'd recommend only taking the deals if they're particularly cheap or you already know the place is good. peasepud 59
As has been said previously, anyone following a recommendation and buying something gets the recommender (ie me in this case) a £6 credit. Theres a London deal today for a takeaway place called Bangalore Express which has places in Bank and Waterloo. If you havent yet got a Groupon account and fancy a free lunch then follow this link, sign up and purchase the deal for £1.50 I'll then send you the £1.50 via paypal or whatevers easiest for you. Everyones a winner, you get a free lunch worth £5.05 and I make £4.50 credit. http://www.groupon.co.uk/in/.HsBH0v

How does this work? do I have to print something? and have you's every had any bother? have you followed a recommendation to that? if not then do it via my link. Ive just bought the same offer. Basically they'll send you an email with a code in it which you have to quote when booking the meal. I think you might have to print the coupon out as well. There was a problem with the sushi deal a while back but to be fair that was the restaurant that dropped out rather than a problem with groupon, everyone has been refunded I believe. Absolute steal and lovely course. Was all set to buy...then it says it has to be used by the end of May. Not so sure now. We went up to Slayley to use a groupon voucher last week and it was the last day. Lush course, but the number of 4 balls they'd crammed on was awful. Should really be given a bit longer to spread it out.

JaMoUsE 0
groupon today are offering £30 of williamhill casino credit for £5. So hoy your £30 on red/black and 50/50 chance of making £60! But you can withdraw the original stake, so if you won you could withdraw £30 and play on again with your other £30.Seems like a no brainer. Worth a punt for a 5er Edited February 7, 2012 by JaMoUsE
