When's he due back?

1 October according to physioroom.com

I suspect our entire game plan is to see how he does as a support striker with either Ba or Best up front. Our relative comfort in the league could hinge on how well he comes back and how lucky we are with injuries, given our paucity of striking options and lack of defensive cover.

No doubt we'll be back in for a striker in January if all goes to shit. 100% this time.

Whether the fans or for that matter, the manager, stay of his back will depend on how back to normal he is and how results are going etc.

His game of dribbling and taking people on is fine when its going well, but if you are out of form and constantly getting caught in possession then you become a liability.

I do however think that Pardew will only bring him back when he's pretty near to right and after having a few behind closed doors games to get him as near to fit as possible.

Hopefully we can continue to get points on the table so that Pardew doesnt panic into rushing him back.

Showed flashes of brilliance at Darlington.

here it is :

Ben Arfa did not play a full part in training yesterday. He was in to do some mobility work with United physio Derek Wright to assess his progress.

I tell you one thing, it'll be like a new signing when we get him back.

I remember coming on here last year before we signed him saying how great this guy was but then I got unnecessary abuse from the usual negative twats on this site. Now the same people are creaming themselves awaiting his return. Some of you guys are so up yourselves. Why don't you go back to telling Deano how shit he is at gardening? I was once a proud Geordie until I read all the recent BULLYING on here. Hide behind your keyboards and think your ten feet tall and bullet proof? Would you bully these guys face to face? Team positive/negative bullshit. Fucking retarded is what it is either way.

Lol... he has still something to prove though. He's basically still a fresh signing, only now a fresh signing who hasn't played football on a pro-level for 11 months...

Have you completely made that up? 99% of posters on this board where over the moon when Hatem joined Newcastle.

In regards to 'Team Positive/Negative'' that was Christmas Tree's creation and you should really read up on the Deano situation before making such an ill formed judgement.
