luckyluke 2
Nadal was just pure class. Seems like a really nice lad as well. Aye, he gets a lot of "pigboy" taunts from the gay-and-might-as-well-be brigade (you'd be shocked, sistah), but he comes across as a genuinely humble and decent fella as far as I'm concerned... Unlike the Fedster, extremely ungracious in defeat I thought. Show me a good loser and I'll show you a loser and all that and he's not had much practice at it but he still comes across as a bit of a vain, egotistical wanker in my eyes. I've thought Federer was a bit of a tool since he bubbled when Nadal beat him at Wimbledon two years ago.

I missed that final (well the last set) - was watching it in a bar in Italy and thought they'd gone off for light so we left. Turns out it was The Greatest Ever final set. What did he do? He just broke down in tears. Spoilt brat style rather than absolutely exhausted style. I thought he was a bit of a dick in his speech last year too. Like when he was saying to Roddick it's ok, I lost last year and I've come back, only for Roddick to point out he already had 4 titles or whatever. I like Federer still but I've gone off him a bit. Agree about the blazer as well. JWTBH. In contrast, I didn't like Nadal at first but he's really grown on me.

Gemmill 46081
He looked a proper bell when her said that to Roddick last year. And Roddick got a laugh with his response, but he didn't look happy. I thought he came across like a prick in his post-match interviews after the Berdych game as well.
