ewerk 31596
The quickest crossing I've seen is 4hrs from Holyhead to Dublin. You'll be knackered at the end of the day. Just make sure you've got a full wallet of Euro's. The bus tour of Dublin is good, just don't waste a couple of hours in the Guinness factory, I don't know what all the fuss is about myself. Even a cliched Leprechaun theme park like Dublin can't be done justice in less than a day.

Barney 0
There are loads of places about and you should get a decent deal. Jurys Christchurch isn't a bad shout. Hoy up the name of anywhere you're unsure of, and I'll let you know if it's central/a rape factory/etc.

Barney 0
Actually, if you've already been to Dublin, Dun Laoghaire would be a great place to spend the day. The 40foot bar will have all the footy on and the grub around there is superb. Www.fortyfoot.ie Edited June 5, 2010 by Barney
