If I was making a film of Renton's life, this scene would have him stood with a look of terror on his face, as a flash of lightning projects the rain streaked pattern of his stained glass window onto his big scared Gordon Ramsayesque mush. Hitchcockian.

Got my mod1 bike test this week and shitting it. It only takes 6 mins in total and I can do it no bother, but it's making sure you have a flawless run on the day. Also want it to be dry to reduce the risk of skidding on the emergency stop

It's time sensitive. There's a 6 week waiting list to resit, then another waiting list for the mod2 test and its got to be passed before the changes come in in January

Aye, good luck Jon - you'll be grand.

Divvent drive off the cliffs at Cullercoats.

To be honest mate I've had enough of dancehalls, I've had enough of pills, I've had enough of streetfights, I've seen my share of kills, I'm finished with the fashions, And acting like I'm tough, I'm bored with hate and passion, I've had enough of crime and love.

I'd sack off the diet man. You cannie be no CT ;) can you?

Just get some extra cardio done in the gym :)

I couldnt do without my museli on a morning I would die!

This is my normal day foodwise:

7am - Bowl of Museli, Slice of Nutella on toast, coffee & a smoothie or apple / orange Juice

9:30 - Peice of fruit & a cuppa

10:30 - Cup of tea & a protein bar

12:45 - Lunch (Either sandwiches or rice / pasta and something depending on if I am training that night) - Green Tea, Some nuts and dried fruit.

15:00 - Muller Rice & Rice cake with honey

16:00 - Cwoffee

Then depending on training depnds on when I eat my evening meal. Its usually between 19:00 - 20:00. I dont like to eat after that.

Ill have about 5 - 7 pints of water through the day too.
