Brock's right. If it was roles reversed and this thread was on a Spurs board there'd be comments along the lines of 'obsessed' and there would be posters saying that proved how much of a bigger club we are.

At the same time if any Spurs fan is on here to actually read it you have to wonder what the fuck is going on in their heads.

We have a few guests like :(

In to my big mouth, you could fly a plane.....

I can't bring myself to say congratulations. Utter role reversal in 7 years tbh. Aside from the goal I thought Peter Crouch was out of this world at times tonight, people who don't rate him highly are fucking idiots tbh. Bellamy looked like he didn't give a fuck, smile as wide as the Tyne shaking Redwanks hand.

Would love to see them do an us vs Partizan Belgrade or an Everton vs Villarreal.

Can't stand them.

No shame in what happened to Everton though as Villareal got to the semis that year iirc.

Unlike our shambles against Partizan.

They'll be seeded? The hardest game they'll face will be like some fuckin wank like Anderlecht, Rapid Vienna or Celtic.

Depends, they are rated on their club co-efficient. Which, considering they haven't exactly been constant competitors in Europe, could see them play Lyon in the qualifiers.

What game were you watching?

Evidently a different game to you. He was fantastic especially second half. He was unlucky with that header, Fulop made a good save, Andy Gray can say any old wank and people buy it. "Should've scored", was a great save.

This was a difficult one like. I fucking hate Spurs and have already been bombarded with the yid cunts telling how they're there and we're not... yeah, yeah we've been there and done that etc.

Worse than them actually finishing top 4 though is the realisation of they money they'll draw in as a result. They're not shy at spending as it is - I bet they go off on a nice little spree. Let us not forget also that for the first half of 08/09 they were below us in the league and look where they are now. Should be pointed out starkly to Ashley but it won't be...

As for Citeh well I'm made up they've crashed and burned. All that money and look where it's got you. Europa league. Who's next at Eastlands I wonder? :(

Poor Shay :(

Spurs have probably spent the same as City to be fair.

Longer period though - they've at least tried to build a squad, even if they are a bunch of cunts.

Given will be on his way I think.

I wonder how this is going to sit with City? Spending overload or giving up?

I think things are going to get silly!

I couldn't care less about who got the CL gig; they're both pretty unlikeable clubs and I've no affinity with either of them. Spurs have delusions of grandeur out of keeping with their WHL shithole and Citeh are like lotto winners flashing their new found cash. The joke is Spurs fans will get all excited about the CL and then they'll be knocked out in the first round by someone far more savvy than our 'Arry.

I don't care for the club or the manager, but the players deserve to have qualified for champions league qualifications. Did the double over their nearest rivals on the table, have beaten the title winners and Arsenal amongst others. I didn't think they would do it, but now that they have they deserve it.
