Should the Greeks ditch the Yuro?

Why would the Greeks cut themselves adrift now- surely they would only do that once they are bailed out in Euros, then leave the Eurozone, then default.

The eurozone is too big with too many diverse economies- the UK has struggled to set interest rates that work for the whole of the country- trying to set rates for a dozen countries was always going to prove disasterous.

I always thought it should be limited to a core of 'developed' western European countries and then only slowly expanded. Perhaps France, Germany, Benelux and willing Scandinavian countries to begin with (and the UK if we were willing), then expanding to take Italy and the Iberian countries. I wouldn't go past Austria eastwards. Simples.

but the Brits were worried that there would be a "two speed" Yurop with us in the slow lane

The greeks have always been a problem - their original entry was fudged as a reward for regaining democracy and so they've always been under pressure
