Wtf were they thinking of building that 30 storey Dalek? Architecture at its most hideous - and this is coming from someone who usually loves skyscrapers. Bridgewater Place, it got voted the uglist building in the UK. My office is next to it and when youre walking past it the wnd is immense, they obviously didnt put much money into the aerodynamic design on it! Its quite impressive insed though. I am working on the infrastructure upgrades on them and was one of the structural engineers on the Bexley wing, was a great job. Did the IMM too. Most of the High rise stuff is empty too.
