I pass through it in rush hour every single day and while there's a speed limit in place, it's constantly moving.

Top of the tree has to be the M25 widening... but then I have to say that seeing as they're paying my wages!
Rob W 0
lot of work OFF the M4 on the road into Reading Craig - - diversions, lanes closed and what looks like the old DEC building completely demolished - you could park there on match days for a small fee IIRC God knows what they're doing - I thought when they started a year ago it was going to be a multi level junction but it look as if they are just doubling up the bridges across the M4
peasepud 59
The important question though is, will any of these roadworks affect my journey from Heathrow to Oxford on Thursday?

Reading will become even more of a park and ride city.
Rob W 0
The important question though is, will any of these roadworks affect my journey from Heathrow to Oxford on Thursday? no idea - going via Reading to Oxford looks a lilt odd - I'd have thought M25 M40 or M4 junc 8 - Henley - Oxford were the ways to go

M25 widening will... just. It starts at J16 which is the M40 interchange - might be a bit of queueing but nothing too serious.
