the dual duel in the Phantom Menace between Liam Neeson, Renton and Darth Maul (I think the guy is called Nick Park, who also played "Toad" in the X-Men but I might be wrong)

I remember being pretty blown away by the landing of the Mothership in Close Encounters when I first saw it at the piccys.

Star Wars ( whatever the first one is now called) too was like nothing else at the time.

One of those perfect DeNiro moments.

I can't think of any actor better at portraying cold, calculated menace as De Niro.

 

His German accent must be shit, as otherwise he couldve cleaned up all the meatiest Nazi roles in the last 30 odd years. :D
