OTF 7712
2nd place promoted ahead of Nottingham Forest on for and against. Had them down for a win at our place, so it's kind of a pessimistic outlook. These are the results I had us pencilled in for: Doncaster 1 NUFC 0 NUFC 1 Nottingham Forest 3 Peterborough 1 NUFC 1 NUFC 1 Sheff Utd 0 NUFC 1 Blackpool 0 Reading 1 NUFC 1 Plymouth 1 NUFC 2 NUFC 3 Ipswich 0 QPR 2 NUFC 1 So that's 4 wins, 2 draws and 3 losses Home: 3 wins 1 loss Away: 1 win, 2 draws and 2 losses. Kitman 2207
I had us promoted as champions on 96 points iirc, 2 pts ahead of WBA
Tom 14021
I don't care so long as we go up. First would be nice but I would settle for second, going through the play offs would be risky and too stressful!

Tom 14021
I think we will destroy them to be honest.

NF have only won 4 times on the road this season, they wont beat us at SJP I was intentionally giving it a pessimistic outlook. I think and hope that we'll get more points than that, but wanted to see how the table would look if we lost a few key matches, most notably against Forest. TheMoog 0
To be honest I'll feel very let down if we don't win the league, after seeing how shit the CCC is and the general strength of our team it'd be embarrassing not to - especially after being at the top for some much of the season. Was stung last time by being optimistic. Hence my pessimistic outlook this time around.
Dr Kenneth Noisewater 0
Top on goal difference from West Brom. Forest 11 points behind in a distant third.
IrishMag 0
FWIW I think we will get the three wins out of three needed to secure promotion in our next three games. Forest have lost their last 6 on the road or something? We then go to Posh where we really owe them one for that game in the League Cup, coupled with us being so close to the finish line, something that will spur the players on. Followed by Sheffield United at home, tricky but a probable three points. Easter week off work shall be an enjoyable one

donaldstott 0
If you consider that WBA only finished two points behind us last season and then take in to account the first team regulars that have left both teams I would say we've done well to stay ahead of them tbh. Toon David Edgar Michael Owen Obafemi Martins Sebastien Bassong Habib Beye Damien Duff Geremi Mark Viduka West Brom Paul Robinson Jonathan Greening Borja Valero

dbsweeney 0
OK, before you all jump on my back, I've very much been deliberately negative with our results and overly positive with WBA. Games: WBA v Leicester 2 v 1 Posh v NUFC 1 v 1 NUFC v Shef. Utd 2 v 2 Watford v WBA 0 v 3 NUFC v Blackpool 2 v 0 Doncaster v WBA 1 v 1 Reading v NUFC 3 v 1 WBA v Smoggies 4 v 1 Plymouth v NUFC 2 v 2 NUFC v Ipswich 4 v 1 Crystal Palace v WBA 2 v 2 QPR v NUFC 1 v 1 WBA v Barnsley 3 v 1 I only did this 'cause a Baggies supporter said he did it and had WBA winning. I can't see us not winning the Championship.
Andrew 4941
we have 3 home and 4 away games left, considering our home form I say thats 9 points from the home games and 2 of those away are to the bottom 2 so thats 6 more QPR are 18th, another 3 and reading are just about top half another 3 I can see us easily going unbeaten from now, moreover I can see us winning every game

donaldstott 0
When you consider that 7 more wins would see us on 104 points it shows you how impressive Reading getting 106 points was.
