What do you think of S.Taylor?

damn sight better than Bramble.

Not saying Bramble is good enough for what we want to achieve as a club but I've seen zero evidence to support the above. Especially if we're talking specifically about being a centre-half in the Premier League.

Bramble is the best of the 3 I mentioned. I did have high hopes for him, when we signed him, and after I saw him.

 

Like most others though, his lack of concentration and the odd howler left me massively pissed off with him for wasting his ability.

 

Difficult one to be fair. There are undoubtedly managers etc out there who see a player with a lot going for him and would like to see if they can get him to be the player he could be. Still.

 

You know I rated Taylor when he was 18. He might not go on to captain England or anything but he's captained the under 21's, I think he would be better in a better side. It wasn't a bad shout at the time.

I've discussed it with a few people of late and we came to the conclusion full-back might be his best position.

I think Taylor is a very decent right back at PL level.
