ChezGiven 0
Hope she goes easy on the vodka and cokes and the party conference. Is this the lass who was at the Trent when me and you were there once, was mortal and a bit demented looking? Aye, Xmas two years gone-ish. Your bro was there too and so was Cath. Bridget was fucking mortal. Thought it was, right up my Boulevard.

Jill 0
Jill have you still got that 'old' photo from years back - the one that Cath reckon's she's got a lesbian haircut in. Pretty sure Bridget's in it and isn't she wearing a Newcastle shirt? Keep that one back for a rainy day - a Sunderland MP in a Newcastle shirt could sell to the red tops for a tidy sum! Still got it aye It's on Facebook, she's not in a Newcastle shirt (unlike some of us ) but did untag herself pretty sharpish.

Whilst I was in India my mate got sunburnt so applied aftersun vigourously, unaware that it contained fake tan. Made the oompa loompas look like death warmed up. Tagged him in a photo, much to his annoyance as he's the vainest man I've ever met. He untagged it and haven't been able to torment him further. I suppose you can always re-upload the photo but that's a bit too much effort for me.

Dr Kenneth Noisewater 0
Apropos of nothing... Path shut as car hangs over wall at Teesside Park Fire officers closed off a footpath at a Middlesbrough retail park when a people carrier was discovered hanging over a car park wall. The Renault Scenic had been properly parked at Teesside Retail Park but when the owner returned she found it had rolled backwards over the wall. Cleveland Fire Brigade taped off the path and diverted shoppers away while a recovery truck towed away the vehicle. A Brigade spokesman said it was as yet unclear how the car came to roll back. I think I could have a stab at that one...

snakehips 0
This 'car rolling' business happened to wor lass a couple of years back. She was driving down the A1 to Berkshire and stopped half way to do some dogging with some truckers or summat. Stopped and with handbrake on. When she got back to the car, it had rolled into another parked vehicle. She got the AA in and the bloke told her it was not uncommon for Golf's rear brakes to 'fail' somewhat if the car had been driving for a long time and stopped; the caliper/pads cooled or whatever, causing the brake to fail. Sooo, if any of you have a Golf, be warned. We always park our car in gear now.

I was not taught it in my lessons but the last place I used to work my Boss always left the van in gear and I just picked up the habit. Nearly hit the side of the building the first time though as I never checked the stick.
