Fair play to those who want to write articles though. I think a fair few of them are taking themselves too seriously, but I suppose if you put up a piece of writing in the public domain then you have to expect both praise and criticism.

I'm shite at this diplomacy like.  :D

Actually, you are brilliant at diplomacy, unlike most people on here.

He's right actually SLP, you are. Plus you've got the common sense to avoid the daft arguments I get into. Re: the articles, the authors are quite precious about them sometimes. Someone wrote a pro-Souness one which they later admitted wasn't really their viewpoint and was really just to provoke debate, yet they still got annoyed when people disagreed with it. I miss Alan D'Ohliver though, he really was GREAT!

SLP's just a fucking lick-spittle tbh. Brown nosing his way through life.

I though Alex's comments on broonalegeordie's avatar at the start of this thread weren't the most diplomatic like.

60099

Having said that he is the bestest Newcastle fan in the entire world.

Have wondered. Think he was mates with Phill so dunno if he kept away from here out of loyalty. I know he was starting his own business as well though...which is probably the more likely explantion tbh.

JawD got engaged not so long ago, he'll be under the thumb by now :D

60113

To HTT?

60114

JJ to cover the wedding?

60115

As long as HTT doesn't write his own vows; the wedding will go on for days.

60137

Or make a speech at the reception.

Anyway.........is JJ still writing artciles (for N-O???) Genuine question.

And wtf happened to him anyways? He was in Leicester for a bit then (I think) went back up to Peebles.....but after that I've lost track.

60067

Got a text from him a few days ago, saying he'd changed phone numbers.

Was one of the few Toontastic-ers I met, and he seemed canny enough.
