Seems like the deal for Matt Kilgallon is off after his agent has said he wants to remain at Sheffield United. I thought the deal was sewed up for him so it has come as a surprise to hear this.

Of course it is. There might be a few PL sides sniffing around him on a free and we're not exactly an attractive prospect at present so he might as well see how the rest of the season / summer pans out for us before committing himself.
