Andrew 4969
recieved my bill for the last month and am being charged £50 for mobile internet that I haven't used according to my more detailed bill breakdown all of this was in one spell at about 20 to 2 in the afternoon on monday the 14th, considering that at that time I was sat in my Java programming class with a computer in front of me it seems unlikely that I would then resort to using my phone for its awful wap internet thing even moreso when Ive got my Ipod in my other pocket connected to the uni wifi service for free planning to ring them tomorrow and try to sort it but if that doesnt go as I want it ill be canceling my contract, any advice on doing so? or where to go next? Walliver 0
I'm with O2 as well and they recently gave me an outlandish bill for internet consumption that I challenged but as I had no actual tracking of the time I used I couldn't do much about it. They claim that the timing is taken directly from the sim card so there's no way it can be tampered with. Every time I've had to deal with their customer support it's been nothing but a hassle - good luck!

Orange completely fucked my credit file when I decided to withhold money from them over a similar situation. It's cleared now but it didn't half fuck things up for a couple of years. Andrew 4969
thing is, the money comes from my mums account, who has no debts whatsoever, mortgage paid up, doesnt get car loans or any of that shes backing me on this one so its looking alright from that perspective
