acrossthepond 878
How many managers do you think QPR will have this season? Nothing club, nothing fans. If only we could get our hands on some of their owners' megabucks...

blackandwhiteboy 0
While this Premier League betting blog says managers can work wonders for their team by ruling with an iron fist, it is quite a big leap from that to headbutting you players - something which obviously can never be condoned. Good managers need to strike a good balance between scaring their troops into performing well and getting results and physically assaulting them. blackandwhiteboy 0
Magilton has left the club and very quickly Paul Hart has been named new manager at Loftus Road.
ewerk 31204
Manager Paul Hart leaves QPR after five games Manager Paul Hart has left Queen's Park Rangers after just five games in charge of the Loftus Road club. Coaches Mark Bircham and Steve Gallen have been placed in temporary charge of the first team, BBC Sport understands. Former Portsmouth boss Hart took over on 17 December and managed one win in his five games, up to Tuesday's FA Cup defeat by Sheffield United. Hart was the ninth man to take charge there since Italian Flavio Briatore took over as chairman in August 2006. Hart, who replaced Jim Magilton, was given a contract until the end of the season, with Mick Harford as his assistant. Three of his games in charge came against Sheffield United, 1-1 draws in the league and FA Cup before the Blades eventually won the Cup replay 3-2 on Tuesday. The other two games were a 2-1 home win over Bristol City and a 3-0 defeat at Ipswich, both in the league. QPR lie 10th in the Championship, four points outside the play-off places. They face seventh-placed Blackpool, managed by former boss Ian Holloway, away on Saturday. Revolving door doesn't even come close to describing the situation at QPR. blackandwhiteboy 0
It does seem to have been a crazy few years at Loftus Road. When Briatore took over as part of the group of millionaire owners i reckon many football fans expected QPR to quickly rise into the Premier League and become a major force in English football. However, as this Championship article about QPR explains, they have had six managers and the longest of them only managed to be in charge for 35 games. That is a diabolical way to run a football club and it is no surprise they have not had success with a philosophy like that. The club has to be screaming out for some stability if they are to push on as a club and i cant see that happening anytime soon.
