Southern Geordie 1 Posted November 15, 2005 Share Posted November 15, 2005 OK hi I need help.. WHenever I try and shut down my laptop it takes about 15 minutes.. From clicking shut down it takes 5 minutes before a box comes up saying "DDE server window" Now before the shutdown Im pretty sure its not in the processes box or the applications running... Anyways after I end that task it takes a further 15 minutes to shut down! I've got my anti virus up to date and also got my spyware etc. sorted.. Drive C: has about 7 gig free D: Drive (which contains my documents) has about 5 gig free.. Im just confused cos I dunno what the bastid DDE server window is!
