Portsmouth have just sacked Paul Hart. Source: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...uth/8377374.stm

According to Skybet Darren Ferguson is 6/4 favourite to take over, with Curbishley 3/1 and Coppell 8/1.

Before you go to the bookies, it is also worth looking at something else. Now that modest chap whose tan matches his teams' shirts, Mr. Phil Brown is 2/5 to be the next one to go according to skybet, and you get the same odds for Ferguson replacing him.

3 managers gone inside 12 months? Christ they're turning into us!

And hopefully the same befalls them, the jammy bell-ringing drum-pounding dodgily-owned saaaaaarf coast shiteaters. Their stadium isn't even PL standard and neither are they.

Who do they really think is going to get them out of the relegation mire that they're currently in?

Selling all the decent players then replacing them with the likes of Tommy Smith, and yet the manager gets sacked when it all turns to shit? :D

I think it will come down to a two-horse race between Darren Ferguson and Avram Grant, however i think that Alan Curbishley should be a prime candidate for the job as he could do a good job down there. You can see all the options for the new gaffer here, there are some interesting names thrown into the mix - and of course a few from left field.
