Christmas Tree 4865
Does anyone have a recipe for proper garlic sauce that you get in a Kebab shop?
Guest alex
Wouldn't it just be more authentic to buy it? I don't think the kebab shops make it from scratch.

I don't think the kebab shops make it from scratch. was just on the way out the door and had all the other ingredients in ready to make a nice chicken kebab when I got home. Ended up using salad cream (did the trick) and yes much better idea to get some in. Cheers as well Brock.
snakehips 0
just made cottage pie for first time (fairly easy)and a lime and coconut cake.... which tastes awesome. quite like baking tbh, all exact amounts and times etc it's like chemistry with tasty goods at the end. none of this "simmer for blahblah minutes" what the hell temperature is simmer!, and reduce to how much?!? Baking is true skill imo, Ant. Pity you aren't a chick, as I could have come out with all manner of childish double entendres (sp) regarding your bits and pieces.
