Ruler of Planet Houston 1
I'm obviously the tightest cunt on here then! I pay £5 and have used the same barber since I was 4. Al from Chesters next to chi metro - used to have a shop at the hill. Now his son has taken over what's left of my hair. Although it's only £5, it still costs me about £25 in fuel to get there...but I ain't changing my barber no matter where I live! And when I get sick of trying to comb over the thin patches I do the occasional self shorn number 1.
peasepud 59
Theres only one place I'll go to and thats the one next to the Empress (or whatever the fuck its called these days), at the top of the Side. Proper mans barbers, got the pole and everything, 3 barbers in there who all know you by name and good chat. Costs about £8 for a cut and they do proper wet shaves n'all but Ive not tried one yet. Dr Gloom 21965
Do people still get a short back and sides? I haven't had that cut since I was 13, only a slight imprvement on a step tbh. My haircut costs 25 sheets. And that's nowt to be ashamed of. The lass that does it only uses scissors but she gets it as close as a number 2 round the back of sides with the advantage of it keepin its shape and not growing out looking like a tennis ball like it used to after a barber cut. That must be the place a mate of mine recommended for the wet shave experience. "Not something you need to do more than once, but by god it'll make you feel like a real man." Or words to that effect. Just as the bloke next to me was about to get his shave, I asked the barber how his Parkinsons was doing. Twat that I am.
Kitman 2207
You should come to NZ. Every barber's a real barber, it's like the golden age of barber-y here. I was hoping I'd be offered "something for the weekend" first time I went to the local barbers, sadly nay.

sweetleftpeg 0
I purchased a pair of clippers a few years ago as my hair has always been shit so I was just going to the hairdressers and getting it all shaved off anyway. My Mrs used to just shave it, but when she was heavily pregnant and since the bairn was born I've been going back to a hairdressers in Wallsend I pass on the way home. I would try to clip it myself, but I'm so cackhanded I'd only end up making a right arse of it.

Monroe Transfer 0
Congrats Stevie on starting the gayest thread in toontastic history. There are 2 acceptable haircuts on a man. Shaved or short back and sides. Any barber in the North East can manage those 2 and if you pay over £6 you need your head seeing to. What the fuck are people getting done for £40!? Blatantly getting blonde tips put in What a lad.
