Of course, newspaper reports are never reliable. But, if there is anything in this I would appreciate an appraisal of his strengths/weaknesses. The majority of fans haven't seen him regularly, but we remember one game in Palermo (that was in european competion btw ), where he made some fantastic saves, and the game against WBA. Aye he's bound to choose Sunderland over Arsenal, there was a day when Newcastle might have beaten Arsenal to a player, but can't see Sunderland doing it in the next 3000 years.
