IrishMag 0 Posted August 2, 2009 Share Posted August 2, 2009 If we follow the assumption that nothing will happen between now and the game at The Hawthorns, how do you see things going on Saturday evening? The Baggies, with a new young manager eager to prove himself, playing the team that everyone wants to beat, the club thats in turmoil. Hard to be optimistic isn't it? Starting XI? Will Coloccini start or will Bassong play if he is still at the club? Our midfield could well be a decent one, for the Championship. Duff, Barton, Nolan, R. Taylor/Guti. Ameobi and Carroll up front, I'm not sure about them playing together. I reckon if we had a bunch of players who played for the shirt, then everyone could rally and perhaps battle for a point or a sneaky win, but its so, so difficult to be optimistic about this game.
