wykikitoon 20111
Ive downloaded an Ep of the Wire as I cant wait to watch it. I got it through iTunes because I had a voucer and didnt know what the hell to use it on. So, Its downloaded and when I try and play it it jumps, its slow as fuck, yet the sound is fine. I have watched loads of stuff on my PC and its not that its not powerful enough. Ive got the latest versions of iTunes and QT so WTF!!! Any ideas? Cid_MCDP 0
Did you save the file to an external hard drive? That's about the only thing that makes my videos stutter these days... the lag from the external drive to the Mac can make some video files stutter. Dunno. Do you have a bunch of stuff running in the background? Maybe try turning off some unnecessary processes to save on RAM? Acid 0
Also an Itunes problem so might aswell post it in here. Basically I have hooked my laptop to my Tv through a HDMI cable, which is cool. But the itunes music doesn't play through the TV speakers, and only Windows Media Player. Anybody know how to enable the Itunes sound?

You should be able to set dhmi as default in the sound options. you might have to go to the control panel for this. I assume this is on vista?
