1. Yes

2. Do you want to use it wirelessly? If yes, you'll need a wireless router and wireless adapter for your 360.

3. FIFA series, Call of Duty series

4. Try the game section at the bottom of the forum!

Yes they are, as long as you don't get a dud as many fail when they are quite young (red ring of doom)

Online - you either need an ethernet cable to your modem or buy a wireless unit (£50 iirc) go with a cable for better connection anyway as long as you can deal with a piece of wire through half your house.

Depends what kind of game you like to play, get that as most of them are online these days. I love Gears of War myself.

But, video gaming is in decline, so are you sure you want to do this?

I have RJ45 Connectors in all my rooms so wont need wireless :)

Saves you a bit of money on buying the adaptor! I've just sent mine off to get chipped for £30.

The newer versions of the consoles have a chip in now and don't suffer from the RROD so you should be fine with that as well. <_<

Hehe

No, when I got my house rewired I thought it would be a good idea  CAT6 All the way

I think the 360 will only pick up your PC wirelessly won't it?

....like the Wii.

Not to say you can't go on xbox live without wireless like, but it's handy to to watch movies and that on your 360 with wifi.

eh?

I'm going to have to look at this.

I've held off buying an adaptor cos it's a jib...my ethernet connection won't pick up the wireless network though.

Do I need to activate UPnP or something?

its not to hard, if you're going through a laptop/pc on vista

network and sharing centre> manage network connections

disconnect from the internet and you hould have "local area connection" and "wireless network connection" highlight them both and right click then bridge connections

turn your wireless conn back on and you should be in business

My archos used to occasionally pick up my PC's hard drive wirelessly, but was VERY temperamental.
