He doesn't want to fund it any more, interested parties supposedly want the wage bill reduced and yet he imposes an embargo. IS HE MAD ????? If you were looking to/attempting to purchase a company (any company, in any type of business), would you accept that the assets (of that company) could rise, or fall, whilst your bid was being considered?
