Fop 1
breakfast - random fruit and either eggs, cereal or toast with a cuppa (if sugary)Â lunch - sandwich, crisps, bit of fruit, biscuit and a drink (if sugary) Â tea - whatever mam makes, but she's very healthy so normally something like a stir-fry. Â snacks - normally just shite really, think this is where the problem lies, stuff like crisps biscuits and cheese. Â = You don't need to go daft. A spoonful of sugar in a cup of tea for example is fuck all. A can of coke however has about 7 or 8 times more calories. Also I think you need to treat yourself a bit if you like your food otherwise you'll never maintain it. Well it's ~25 calories per spoonful (which is a bit like the "only XXX calories" that have been appearing on snack bars/chocolate bars recently), but problem with sweet is you can get accustomed too it, cut the crap out and you can find you don't even want it after a while. Â On the other hand proper cheat meals/days can work too, but that's usually more effective if you're doing serious exercise and aren't really worried about your intake as such. donaldstott 0
I remember being skinny at 16. Â Then I started going to Greggs on a lunchtime. Corned beef pasty, sausage roll and a custard slice. Or alternatively over to Asda and some Billy Bear ham in two big rolls. Â I was fat as fukc by the time I left Uni..

All I meant was it's not like you have to stop having sugar in your cuppa. If you have two, make it one or a half instead. A much better bet would be cutting out the can of Pepsi at lunch time or whatever and having water or something instead. Agree about crisps which are really bad although again a little bit of what you fancy is alright, it's the quantity that you have to watch. Toonraider 0
I eat quite healthily really, wholemeal breads, wholegrain cereals. lean meat and I mostly have my 5 fruit and veg a day, but my problem is not enough exercise and too many biccys/choccy in between meals The weight soon goes on! Now I go for long walks 3/4 times a week and do half an hour aerobic exercise a day and it really does make a difference. My back which I have problems with is better for it too. Fad diets just dont work, the weight soon goes back on. The only way is to eat a good variety of foods, eat healthily and get off your backside!
