Just don't ask him to name them I know enough to know I don't know much, Murray might be in the top three but he still doesn't have the experience and talent that the likes of Federer has. And given that Roger is rated as one of the best players ever I'd expect Murray to come up a little short. that's all. p.s. I don't see getting behind Murray as getting behind a British player or a Scottish player. It's more a "local lad done good" feeling for me, national pride doesn't come into it. Murray's the second best player in the tournament though. And I'd say it's almost like a PL situation where the top four are significantly better than the rest (that doesn't mean you don't get a shock result now and again) and the top seed / world number one / defending champion isn't in it. Not saying Murray will win it because Federer is clearly the favourite but I'm not sure who else stands out as having a better chance.

He's a good player and I'm not clear as to why he gets so much abuse? Is it the English "Ooooh that's succesful, we must point out it's failures" thing? For me it's the English ''The Scottish twat firmly nailed his colours to the flag when wearing a Portugal shirt in England's quarter final match'' Thing. People still believe that? You do understand Richard Littlejohn made it up? The only 'anti-English' thing he's done is say he wanted anyone but England to win the World Cup when joking around with Tim Henman during an interview, which is hardly worthy of the abuse he gets. Christ, even I find it funny when England fail just because it's the only time you see cockney cab drivers on the verge of tears He's got a load of family in Newcastle too according to him. Then the grass season is finished after Wimbledon anyway.

Oh aye, he's got an excellent record against Federer. Only thing I would point to is when it really mattered (i.e. in the US Open final last year) Murray came up well short and got a proper trouncing. And that's still the question mark hanging over Murray until he wins a Grand Slam because it's that much harder to win 7 consecutive best of 5 set matches than it is to win a lesser tournament. The Fish 11080
Aye but clay and grass is as different as five-a-side in and out side. And Federer is immense And Murray will have unbelievable pressure. And you're a cock.
snakehips 0
Murray seems to have matured significantly over the past 12 months. Maybe he is realising his talent, is winning things and is comfortable in that? Anyway, I've shagged his mother. btw.

I hope Murray gets a personality. Never seen such a mumbling stuttering cunt in my life. Thing is though, re the surfaces bit, grass (at Wimbledon) is very similar to hard courts now in terms of the bounce, pace etc. Especially in the second week. Even he admitted he'd rather sit around playing on his Playstation than train. Since he sacked him off and brought in the team of trainers he's knuckled down and it shows. He's much fitter, quicker and stronger mentally. Everyone's had a ride of her Snakey.
