Park Life 71
How do I do it and get the most quality out. I've got all the switches set to 192k or summat...Is that the max? Should I convert the mp3 first? Danke.
NJS 4447
320k is the max - you can do 256k as well. What do you mean by convert?

So I take the things from itunes and drag and drop them onto a stick and them burn in media player on the laptop....This has been getting the best results...In itunes there is something called aa4 format or summink is this better. NJS 4447
Sorry I don't use iTunes - I've always just used raw MP3s I thought the aa4 format was the one with DRM - maybe you can't copy them - have to wait for an Apple freak to answer you.
maggiespaws 0
You can change itunes to rip things as mp3 rather than aac. Goto Edit > Preferences > on the General tab select Import settings. From there select mp3 encoder, chose custom setting and put the quality up to 320. You can burn mp3's to cd from within itunes too.

It was hidden in advanced btw and set on a paltry 128k.
