Tom 14011
Yeah I would say about Labrador size, perhaps a bit thinner like. She's a large dog like and she always jumps up so she throws her weight around.

Tooj 17
What camera are you using Jonny? FujiFine Pix S5800 or something like that. Got it for quite cheap too, I know it's not the best but I don't need anything that good to start off with. Just wish I knew how to touch up photos and the rest of it at the moment but haven't had time to sort it out as they are a bit too dark. But thought it was a nice surprise seeing a whole family of them, and especially catching that one jumping up like that.
Tom 14011
They look like really good cameras for the price. I don't really have too much with digital SLR's as I have only used analogue (Canon F1 old school) but I do fancy getting one at some point. Is the lens interchangeable by the way? The photos look really good as they are but for touching up you really can't go past Photoshop which is free from all good internets but quite expensive in the shops. Jusoda Kid 1
If I wanted a camera that has a good optical zoom (x10) and can take close up photos like that HF, what would you recommend? No more than £

No more than £300 I'm not particularly in the know mate. I had a budget for a camcorder/camera and checked cnet to see what was in my range. Plumped for the HDR-SR10E... http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-HDR-SR10E-Def...2013&sr=8-1 15x optical zoom For a novice like me with no clue on aperture settings and all that stuff it takes good snaps on auto. No more than £300 These are good: http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/panasonictz5/ There is a new version too, the TZ7 with 12x zoom but its a fair bit more expensive. Close-ups aren't really my thing but its fine as long as the lighting is ok. This one does, but its a much bigger camera: http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/panasonicfz18/
