I posted it cos I knew it had had a good rating.

Well Mr King did say it was for the "thinking man". Silo books excellent btw.
Gemmill 44853
Aye I've stalled a bit on the last one, but not cos it's no good, I just haven't had a chance to read. Very good though.

"A thinking man's Rambo" sounds absolutely shite tbf. Also, does First Blood part one a bit of an injustice if you ask me. John Wick is a thinking man's rambo compared to everything from part two onwards though - and I fucking love John Wick (except 4 which was too long, and not violent enough) - speaking purely as a thinking man, of course. Fucking accountants, do they now remove your thinking man ability along with the mandatory sense of humour bypass at final exam ??

The Fish 10856
If Stephen King believes a Thinking Man would appreciate Rebel Ridge more than Rambo First Blood, he's not watch either film, nor met a thinking man. Rebel Ridge is a pretty bog standard Military Man meets crooked locals, and singlehandedly takes them out. It's fine, but the fight scenes are underwhelming, the plot as some big ol' holes in it and a lot of the acting is pretty shitty.
