Sir Bob Almighty! 0
Ok so a few months ago myself, two lads and two lasses that i know decided to book a holiday, we decided to go to Malia for two weeks in August. We agreed amongst ourselves that we wanted to go there and arranged everything and it was sorted with Thomson the travel agents. But recently my mate (who's name is down as the leader) decided that he wanted to change this holiday and go elsewhere, and decided to kick the two lasses off because they hadnt paid any of their holiday and were skint... so fair does in my opinion but the holiday hes decided to change us to is at a time i cant go, i need to tell him this. What i was wondering is there any way that i can go to the travel agents and claim back my holiday money which is a considerable sum if he starts to get arsey about it, because i mean hes dumped them off so why not me right? Anyone here had any experience with this? Help would be appreciated, I'm sick of worrying about it. Hes one of my best mates but hes being a total dick lately.
