Craig 6670
All depends on which midfield Shearer goes with. There's been plenty of noise about 3 up front a la Keegan but who will he select in this case behind them. Butt and Nolan starting = draw at best. There was talk on the radio this morning of the midfield being: JONAS ------- BUTT ------- DUFF I'm praying he gives up on Duff and sticks perhaps Guthrie in there. Hasn't Duff got the most assists for us this season though? I'd like that midfield tbh, along with the top 3 of Vid, Owen & Martins, with Guthrie (and maybe Loven) coming on as subs. duo 0
Guthrie has to start ahead of Butt; imo he's our best Midfielder.
ChezGiven 0
Smith, Guthrie and Jonas. If Shearer insists on playing Smith because of his performance last week? With Smith holding and Guthrie on the right, it might work.

Park Life 71
Can't see Martins starting. The most important thing will how long Martins and Viduka get on the pitch.
KingKev 0
I'm fucking nervous but wonder why I still care for this bunch of useless cunts. If they won't fight and give everything for the cause tonight they don't deserve any support anymore.
Big Onion 0
Can't see Martins starting. The most important thing will how long Martins and Viduka get on the pitch. It's a real headache for Shearer that neither of them will last 90 minutes. You get the feeling he wants to go with this 4-3-3, but we've got no-one who can take Martins' role in that system, and only Carroll who might make a decent fist of playing as the target but hasn't got the quality of Viduka. I expect we'll see more formation changes during the game again tonight. Speaking of which, I really hope Enrique's fit, as no left-back just throws us right out of shape. I would start Viduka and then get Carroll on when he is tired. Start Owen and replace with Martins for the last 20. Whether Ricky is fit or not I'd like to see a 442. See plenty of goals and nervy free kicks around the box. The crystal ball says 3-2. Edited April 27, 2009 by Park Life

Tom 14011
Everywhere is limited or nearly sold out. So it will probably be over 50k. Which is as good as a full house.

N17 0
Spurs fan in peace here, I am really looking forward to this one. Out of curiosity if the toon go down, do you think you'll come back up again or do a Leeds?
