I got the same problem as Matt and saw a thread asking about it. What Decky has neglected to mention is that you must post 20 times in their forums and then apply. This is the first response I noticed Decky make to what looked a reasonable question: "you havent applied you stupid idiot, i have look at whole has applied and you wherent there, or where you? you have the same ip as nutterandi who was just approved" Link Then I left...
