What can I say, he seemed alright. But I realise now that this is just the beginning... He played a bit of poker and wants to join or little poker group (so either he's supremely confident or totally harmless). As Danny B said earlier it would be foolish (girls aren't like us) to have him over like that. I watched him closely all night and overbid a few junk hands to give him confidence. He is bad at eye contact (seems to by shy), he never spoke to me first, sticking to re-joinders. I don't honestly think he has the guile to come over like that if he is making moves on Mrs P. I had a think about what I said yesterday and I add a note of caution that an ex dumped me for a bloke she had introduced me to as "a bloke from work" six months earlier. I am a massive believer in what I don't know won't hurt me. Even if something had happened what could you do about it now that wouldn't make it a million times worse? Who probably doesn't really know what his next move/his real motivations are.
