Which three clubs do you think are down at the moment. From dispondency I am now feeling more optimistic, I genuinely think we'll get the the necessary points against Fulham, Boro and Portsmouth, will it be enough I think it could be, and if we play as well as we did against Arsenal and Man Utd, points even against Chelsea aren't impossible.

My heart wants Blackburn, Portsmouth and Hull to go down, the Premiership doesn't need these small insignificant non-entity clubs, but my head says WBA, Sunderland and Hull...yes I think Boro will get out of it.

You seriously believe Sunderland are more likely to get relegated than us or Boro? I wish I could share your optimism Stevie but the fact is we have won only 6 games all season and have no real management direction. It will take a minor miracle to save us now.

WBA are gone now imo. Looking at the smoggies last 5 games, I'm struggling to see them getting out of it.

With regards to us, we simply HAVE to win those 3 home games, plus probably pick up points at one or more of Stoke, Spurs or Villa. I wouldn't be against doing what we did at Chelsea in all honesty when we go to Spurs and Liverpool, flat back ten and hope for the draw.

Seeing as we've failed to beat any of Sunderland, Hull, Blackburn, Wigan, West Ham, Stoke etc at home, i'm really struggling to see us pick up 9 more points at home.

I'm going for WBA, Boro and us to go down  The outside bet being the mackems, as I think their run in is a very tricky one. If only we hadn't gifted them 4 points.

100% look at the fixtures Sunderland have look at the form they're in. Boro are a better side than Sunderland I think they can scrape through. Sunderland's survival rests squarely on winning at West Ham next week imo.

Looking at those fixtures, Hull HAVE to beat Pompey and Stoke imo for them to be ok.

Hull are down, there aint no doubt about it, said it was 4 months, but still no one seems to believe it's going to happen. 3/1 with Coral. It's begging to be betted on.

And yet we've played them 4 times and haven't beaten them, including 2 weeks ago when they were utter gash. What does that say about us?

I honestly think your appraisal of our fixtures is wildly optimistic without even going into others. I would love you to be right though.

The way the season's gone, I think being two points adrift (with Chelsea at home next) is a bigger gap than you might otherwise think. Our best hope is Stoke and/or Hull being overhauled I think, which will be tough but isn't impossible. If I had to bet everything on it I'd probably say we'll go down though.

Fuck Stoke. Cuntish fans. Not one gifted player. Neanderthal football. We should go down there, with the message kick fuck out them.

If we beat Stoke away then we will kick on from there. But it is a massive IF.

Can't see that happening like. Unfortunately, they're more than half decent at home.

Big strong team as well and, it goes without saying, we're absolutely gash away from home.

I'm taking the mentality that we are gone but in reality I think it is too close to call, it will be a real arse-nipper of a final day, most likely it will come Down to goal difference.

I'm actually struggling to see them picking up any points like. Mackems and Smoggies in their next two games. Lose both and they're in the shit like, despite the fact they have a few points on us.
