Ladyhawke, Friendly Fires and Dizzee Rascal will all be getting a watch from me. Currently checking MySpace to see if the rest of the bands are up to much. Marina and the Diamonds are pretty fun so I'll use them to kick off the day nicely. Also, The Week That Was are playing a free gig at the Ouseburn Art Work Galleries on the 22nd. Tom 14011
Dizzee Rascal is a laugh like but not worth making the effort for. Isn't it £15 now anyway?

Isn't it £15 now anyway? £9.50 for a day ticket which is a perfectly fair price considering I'll be seeing about 4 or 5 bands.
Tom 14011
I suppose it's different if there are bands you actually want to see.
Acid 0
Can't make the Sunday event; going to Aston Villa match. Bought my Monday ticket for £9.50. Possibility of my ticket if come Monday were relegated, as i would have jumped off the Tyne Bridge!
Greg 6
The price increase will be to try and get all the charvers to stay away, not sure if it will work mind. Last year some twat stormed the stage while my brothers band were playing and chanted 'BNP, BNP, BNP' then ran away, was arrested and got done for it. Will probably have the opposite effect for the residents, smashed windows, piss, puke and shite everywhere and vandalised cars made up last years event. Hoying the price up will probably just mean more of them congregate outside the fences drinking. On a lighter note, Ive moved so I couldnt really give a fuck
