Geordie Boyo 24
.........I think that ship has sailed and sank with them in it. The fact that they've gone to the extreme of nationally publicising these views says it all. They must have some humongous genes,like...!
Dr Kenneth Noisewater 0
£1 a packet of steamed veg in asda, plus you can get cheap fruit and veg in any market or high street. Healthy food in general is more expensive, but again, if you learn how to cook and buy the ingredients you'll find yourself saving a lot more, especially if you get some plastic tubs and freeze your leftovers and use it for e next day/week or so. Not many people can be arsed to do that, but you can still manage to eat healthier balanced meals by shopping at the right places. It's just finding that routine too. If you've got parents like that though you've got no chance! I'm sure there would be plenty of weight management groups available to them, which they could get involved with for free through being referred via their GP. I think all in all a lot of people are becoming more aware, but the biggest battle is getting the parents involved with their kids to eat healthier otherwise it’s a losing battle, especially and unfortunately for the kids. You're not listening Boyo, they haven't got time to exercise or eat healthily. It's a constant grind for doleites, Jeremy Kyle, Trisha, Richard & Judy... there's just not enough hours in the day.
