Fop 1
I was kicked out of Economics A level for going to Blackpool for a long weekend and being honest about it. Oh and I might have called the teacher something like a trout faced leprechaun, which she was. As stated before on these pages, nay A levels achieved whatsoever. Andrew if they kick you off does that free up space for someone else, I mean to say what is there motivation? To ensure they preserve the highest pass rates? A levels are one thing, but University course have other reason not to do it, to do with funding and failure, on the other hand these days they also like to inflate their grades and such so . But I can't see how any appeal process can't be successful (so long as it's done right - again get advice) if the only issue is failing one exam (without even being offered a re-sit). Kid Dynamite 7009
hit me where it hurts. Each to their own Andrew, Im not sure that picking a course cos its easy is the way to go like. Are you having to shell out 3 years tuition fees for it too? Honest question, are there many prospects for computer game designers these days? Id have thought it was a pretty specialist job and there wouldnt be a particularly high turnover?

The Fish 10779
Now you've got this second opportunity you have o grab it mate. Don't give them any reason to let you go this time. Graft your arse off for three years. I didn't and am not doing the job I wanted to. I know nothing about your course, but I'd want to know the market I was going into. Is it better to have a broader picture of graphic design and computer programming, or is it best to become ultra specialised? Also, join up with societies and that shit. Find the local comedy night and attend regularly. It's cheap and generally a guaranteed good night. Finally, have lots and lots of sex and drugs

Clubs and societies really make the difference in the social aspect of Uni life and you meet so many people from different areas of life that you normally wouldn't even think of speaking to. The sex and drugs is not the worst bit of advice either like, but just be careful eh

Yeah cos English gets you a job in nowt. Teaching, Journalism, EFL just off the top of my head So nothing to do with the career you enjoy then? fwiw, Journalism is a little competitive and by EFL I presume you mean English and a Foreign Language?... so teaching again then. Yeah and Game Design can take him into graphic design, computer programming, IT support and so on and so forth. In short. You're just being an ornery cock.
