chip2388 0
Along the right lines but i feel he may play some of the big boys because he knows if we lose, people are going to get on his back again.

Kid Dynamite 7169
but on a more serious note, id keep ramage at left back, drop boumsong fro bramble and leave dyer on the bench for 70mins.
Guest alex
We should play a strong team. It's our best chance of winning owt this season.

chip2388 0
Souness is hoping he can hold out till Novemeber when there is a 2 week international break. He should be out for around 3 weeks so if it works out we'll just miss him for 1 week.

Carr is taking the yellow card that was given to Parker so will be suspended (he got another yellow after that) plus he has a slight injury. Ramage could stay at leftback and move Taylor to the right.

Guest CrimsonFault
We cannot under estimate them, they beat Tottenham and thankfully Souness has said that he will be playing his strongest side.
Geordie Boyo 24
Great news having Bramble back. I think Steven Taylor is such a matured player of quality for his age Boumsong doesn't really know where he stands. It seems to me like a physiological thing as he watches Taylor do most of the work needed commanding the game well he seems to feel and play like he's unneeded...! Alongside Titus he seems to feel more Responsibility which allows both him and Bramble to play their game. I suppose that's one way of looking at it. On a different note I thought Rampage did a good enough job to keep his place, so Babayaro can take his time in easing back into things. Taylor could very well keep Carr out of the picture, but that's up to him. GK - Given RB - Taylor LB - Boumsong CB - Bramble CB - Ramage RM - Solano CM - Emre CM - Parker LM- N'Zogbia CF - Chopra CF - Ameobi Bench: Caig Babayaro Clark Brittain Dyer Edited October 25, 2005 by Geordie Boyo

Easily. However, ill-chosen his words were, I do beleive they were a pop at some of the people posting in the Ameobi thread that's turned into a 20-page monster and in abosolutely no way was he calling the players. It was not a good move to make such in-comments in a different thread, where they would almost certainly be taken out of context.
bez 0
Nice to see people can see the context when the lad (wrongly) tries to joke by calling someone a 'black bastard.' To that lad. Learn as lesson. Its not something to trivialise or joke about. However, the mist comes up over the eyes when our calling black 'bling' players a waste of spunk and hoping they die. Nice.
