Fat waste of space, tactically inept cabbage head Steve Bruce sacked by Newcastle United

Has the bloke that got Birmingham and Hull relegated offered any congratulations to the bloke that got Bournemouth relegated for ending Newcastle's trophy drought?

I don’t think you can consider Gayle‘s comments and the context as mild criticism. It’s scathing tbh. It’s a former player saying that he is a total fraud. The way Dwight starts giggling trying to think about anecdotes he can tell and the way the bruceysaurus baconensis acted after the takeover realising to be out of a job soon tells everything imho. I can totally understand him trying to defend himself and using ad hominem attacks towards Gayle.

When you look at Bruce‘s career he has little success to show how he made it to more than 1000 games as a manager. His only ability seems to befriend the right people, especially journalists. That’s quite telling about his character too tbh, only to be nice to people he thinks are important. He was certainly the right person for Ashley to piss off fans after Benitez. An appointment out of spite, kept in the job out of spite.

Maybe from a good family though. Alex excluded.

Pure speculation but I reckon Rafa will have been delighted for the fans and everyone connected with the club whereas I bet our winning the league cup will have pissed off self proclaimed Newcastle fan Steve Bruce. Which is nice

How dare you? Only last week he said he was delighted cos he's "a Geordie, and that never leaves you". It seemed to have left him for the duration of his time as manager when he treated the role like a giant fucking doss though.

tbf nobody loves a good doss about and a job and knock Friday more than a Geordie. Bruce treated every day as a job and knock day, so some might say he was the most geordie. Not me. I thought he was a fat, lazy cunt. But some people....

Tremendous

Love the way his heed sticks out the top

Pretty sure his bacon would be more cooked than that mind

pun intended

I also like the way that it ridicules him just by looking pretty much exactly like him
