Guest Stevie
Im underweight. Gutted What was yours like Magma, less than 16? I wish I was that weight, chinkies every night, to get to a decent size. The best thing for you Magma, and the toon done this with Michael O'Neill, drink loads of Guinness to build you up, it's a nice drink, full of iron and enough calories that even the skinniest cunt would find hard to burn off, you'll have pecks like Ivan Drago before you can say check out boy at Marksies. JawD 99
It is a good indicator to most people. I find a better indicator is just to look at your gut... But aye, if you do mostly any kind of training then its a waste of time.

If you make it and don't feel like keeling over you're probably alright

Jill 0
I'm healthy, though the weight was a bit of a guess as I haven't weighed myself for a while.

Fop 1
I'm still grasping to the theory that the BMI isn't the most accurate form of body weight assessment. It isn't, but it's mostly vastly inaccurate to do with people carrying more muscle than the average, other than that it's not too bad as a very general rule thumb "test". smoggeordie 0
Healthy Weight.......just! Incidentally, when I went for my NHS finance graduate scheme interview there was a case study on BMI, and they are considering dropping it in favour for a new BVI index scheme. Rating patients by how much money they have squirrelled away in the British Virgin Isles? Progressive, Chessy would approve.

ewerk 30610
Too far over healthy border for my liking, I've put on a fair bit of weight over the past year but trying to shift a couple of stone at the moment.
tinofbeans 91
I'm around 27 on the bmi index. playing contact sports as i do, such as rugby and some pretty barbaric footy, if i were 12 stone, i'd get flattened everytime. as it is i'm just over 13 and a half stone, when i was (on the 20th of november) 15 stone 8. it doesn't take into account your build, as i am broad across the chest and shoulders... thats a crock of shit though.
