Happy Face 29
He spent in the first 2 windows and was almost £20 million down at one point in the summer. He's up on the last 2 windows enough to just be in profit overall. Updated....

Meenzer 15525
Quaresma goes to chelski on loan Was it him that was the cheating shit in the San Siro or was that some other Portuguese cheat? Are you not thinking of Conceicao? Or the referee? (Not bitter... absolutely not bitter...)
NJS 4379
Quaresma goes to chelski on loan Was it him that was the cheating shit in the San Siro or was that some other Portuguese cheat? Are you not thinking of Conceicao? Or the referee? (Not bitter... absolutely not bitter...) Just talking about that the other day with a Fulham fan who went to Roma - he learnt a hard lesson that refs in Europe are fucking shit and that Italians are fucking cheats. Happy Face 29
£4mil for R. Taylor??? I thought he was included in the N'Zogbia deal... Correct you are.... I was thinking Wigan paid £2m + Taylor for Zoggy, but it was £6m wasn't it. Funny to look at that chart keeping in mind Llambias's comments last week. He seemed to be suggesting that they'd been forced to sell players to make up a shorfall following relegation... "Basically, from £100million revenue, we have dropped to £50million. A good chunk of that is TV money from the Premier League, so from the Premier League, it's £40million. We get a parachute payment of £12.5million and then in the Championship itself, you get £2.4million of income. There's a massive void there that needs to be covered. You get a drop in your season tickets, you get a drop in your attendance, retail, it all drops. That shortfall needs to be made up." Clearly that's not the case though. Selling our best players isn't the result of any shortfall, the shortfall is the result of losing all our best players. The massive spike in transfer income started while Keegan was at the club and relegation wasn't even a consideration. It continued through the winter when calling a halt to the immediate cost cutting would in all liklihood have ensured Premier league status. Course, that's nowt we didn't all know already.
