Ive got to drive to Liverpool from 6am. Usually go across the A66. Reckon the rain will wash it away or turn it to slush anyway. Id rather risk the a66 than go M1-M62 which has to be one of the most boring journeys around.

-2 across that route over night like, and it's notorious for accidents when it's been snowing. I know what you mean about M1 M62 though, the most interesting thing about the journey is seeing Bellend Road.

Aye, fucking fatal route the a66 when its foggy as well. Caught me out a few times. Esp when you turn off at Brough and cut through Kirby Stephen to the m6.

And the awkward bastard who wouldn't move so ended up with a motorway carriageway either side of his house.

Do laugh when I drive past that like. Wonder if its got double glazing? Right next to saddleworth moor as well, bet he doesnt go far in the snow.
