He wasn't scouted by Wise etc. His agent approached the club and he was signed after impressing in training and after the friendly (against Doncaster iirc). I'm not saying he's in the same league yet, but if he continues his steady rise he'll get there in 3 seasons I reckon. Will probably be sold before that though...
