Absolute disgrace to the game, both clubs. Diouf should never be allowed on a pitch again, he's been a complete and utter unsporting prick his entire career. Shocking example to be setting as a professional.

What was his red card for anyway? Back-talk?

Bougherra should be given a lengthy ban as well. Whether the decision is correct or not, preventing the ref from showing a card not once, but twice? Crazy.

I love that crap that the head copper came out with about banning the game because they can't cope - maybe he should suggest banning alcohol in Glasgow as I'm sure that contributes to their time as well.

Anyone watching the Birmingham game? Martins just tried to control a ball on the edge of the box that was dropping vertically. Anyway one touch to control the ball, his next touch he took was about a foot from the advertising hoardings after he tried and failed to stop his rapist's effort from going out for a throw in. Ahhh memories. :D

Going to get abuse here but the likes of this lot picking up points still worries me intensely.

The moment if/when we secure safety I'll be able to stop worrying about the sides below us and perhaps even enjoy the relegation battle.

No worries at all really.

I dont get where the deep rooted and rather unnecessary negativity comes from. Quite annoying really.

Tut tut tut, we're fine lad. If it's that much of a worry slap 30quid on us going down 33/1 skybet and the grand should give you enough alchohol to forget!

It's a totally different scenario admittedly but I'm still scarred by the season in which we did go down.

That and other times when we've looked secure in what we're after and we've managed to mess things up.

I simply don't want to take anything for granted. I reckon we'll stay up but this club (especially under this regime) has the amazing ability to mess things up at just the wrong time.

Not wishing to irritate anyone with my negativity.

I get where you are coming from mate - though the season we went down we were a lot better on paper, there was a lot of negativity and a lack of spirit that all totaled up to our dropping.

Despite the fact we have missed out on at least 9-12 points the past few months (sometimes by seconds), and the fact that we have a paper thin squad, no bench, and the teams below us are all picking up points - I still believe we will be fine, it may not be comfortable, and it may not be pretty but theres just something about us this time around that despite all the bad points? pretty much screams security.

The telling moment for me was when i wanted west ham to beat liverpool, not just because they are thieving cunts - but because it gave us opportunity to climb a spot. 2 months ago i would've been praying for a draw or a hammers loss just to keep them further below us, right now i'm more interested in the teams above us fucking up and maybe (pipe dreaming) catching that fabled 6th spot.

I hope we can have a season like yours next season, and romp away to promotion. I doubt it, as our post-relegation form will be more akin to Boro.

Hope to see you soon in a couple of years......

Man City - Wigan is free to watch today on ESPN.

'City fans, they're like no other'

Aye, apart from the fact that they stole the jumping up and down thing from Poznan, apart from that they're unique.

:(

And they haven't sold out tonight.
